ClimateLaunchpad 2024 participants have started their training

This July, our ClimateLaunchpad participants are feeling the heat, not just from the summer sun but also from our intensive training programme.

Ukrainian startups selected for the international business idea competition have just completed a three-day acceleration intensive — the first stage of their training journey. Now, they will dive into online sessions designed to deepen their knowledge and refine their business models.

We are grateful to our dedicated boot camp mentor, Ron Bloemers, for his invaluable insights and unwavering support for the Ukrainian teams.

As one of the founders of ClimateLaunchpad, Ron has been helping Ukrainian startups improve their business ideas for years. With over 20 years of experience in building the global cleantech industry, Ron’s expertise spans coaching startups, companies, corporations, and governments. Besides organizing ClimateLaunchpad, he also founded Start-U-up, a business accelerator for cleantech startups in the Netherlands.

Ron’s extensive knowledge benefits startups across various industries. This year’s ClimateLaunchpad showcases startups focused on waste recycling, electric vehicle charging, manufacturing products from recycled clothing, growing vegetables and microgreens, solar energy integration, water purification, and more.

We wish all the startups success in turning their ideas into profitable, climate-friendly businesses!
