About the programme GCIP Ukraine 2.0
The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) is one of the flagship programs of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and UNIDO, which promotes innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of environmentally friendly technologies.
The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme spans 17 countries across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Since 2025, the second phase of the GCIP Ukraine programme has been implemented in Ukraine by Greencubator, a Ukrainian NGO that has been developing the sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem in Ukraine for 16 years.

For whom does GCIP work?
GCIP Ukraine 2.0 empowers clean technology startups and micro-, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by offering a comprehensive programme of acceleration, mentoring and networking opportunities, with a particular focus on sustainability and low-carbon technologies.
