Prodecologia has successfully completed its project within the framework of the Climate Innovation Vouchers program

The winner of the Climate Innovation Vouchers program, the scientific and manufacturing firm Prodecologia, has successfully completed its innovative project and received a grant of 50,000 euros!

With the support of Climate Innovation Vouchers, the company developed cutting-edge software for optimizing sorting processes. The company specializes in the development and production of equipment for waste sorting and recycling, exports its products to over 51 countries, and holds 112 patents in Ukraine and Europe.

The company’s new focus is the creation of lines for sorting and recycling plastic, cables, printed circuit boards, and electronics. Their project, Plastic Sorting System, aims to increase polymer recycling rates to 90% by finely separating different types of plastics (PP/PE and ABS/PS) while using half the amount of energy compared to traditional primary recycling methods.

In 2024, the company expanded its supply geography to 51 countries worldwide. In particular, they manufactured and supplied an electrostatic separator (EBS) for the separation of shredded electrical cables to a recycling company in Norway. Additionally, they shipped a waste electrical cable recycling line, which includes a light fraction separator (SLF) and an electrostatic separator (EBS), to a company in Palestine.

Prodecologia demonstrates sustainable development in the field of environmental technologies, making a significant contribution to reducing environmental impact and improving energy efficiency. Their success within the Climate Innovation Vouchers program is a vivid example of how innovation can promote sustainable development and environmental safety on a global scale.
