Zinchenko Roman - programme's leader

Roman has founded energy innovation support programme "greencubator" with a rich and diverse experience of work in communication sphere. This experience includes work in PR agrncies, work for client, creating press-services of various scopes and work in NGO sector. During the last few years develops his own business in the sphere of financial and investment communications

Favorite saying: Better noway than no-matter-how

Roman is a true intellectual engine of the greencubator team. His key skill is the ability to see the situation from the "bird's eye view" and communicate that view to audience thus making it believe that the changes are feasible and necessary. His key instruments are presentation, public speeches and talks over a cup of coffe. Roman loves bridges and everything related to them. In fact, his own professional activity he regards as building bridges of understanding between people.

Kolesnyk Victor

Victor (also known in our team as Commandante Колесник :) ) has brought to greencubator his solid experience of work with local authorities and businesses. During his early career he managed one of Kyiv oblast food processing plants. Victor is a professional in investment attraction and particularly in establishing investment promotion agencies (IPA)

Favorite saying: Everything is going to be OK

A manager by his education and life philosopy Victor always seeks for new opportunities...and finds them. His organizational talent and ability to create new opportunities just with sincere talks with people, profound understanding of peculiarities of Ukrainian regions combined with energizing optimism allow our team to overcome difficulties with firm belief and use for our common cause.

In our team Victor is responsible for realtions with local authorities and universities.

Zinchenko Andrij

Similar to his elder brother (Roman) most part of his professional life Andrij spent in communications field. With rich experience of work in media (printed and TV) in 2004 he started his own visual communications agency.

Favorite saying:
